Artist Statement

In an era where artificial intelligence blurs the line between truth and illusion, my work stands as an act of resistance—an affirmation of humanism and radical realism. I do not use AI to fabricate or distort reality; rather, I harness it to enhance what already exists. My approach is rooted in the belief that authenticity remains the most subversive force in contemporary visual culture.

As AI encroaches upon creative domains, automating and abstracting human expression, realism becomes a revolutionary act. In defying the trend toward hyper-manipulated imagery, I reclaim the integrity of the captured moment, grounding my work in the physical and lived experience. This commitment to realism—an unfiltered, unvarnished reflection of life—stands in direct opposition to the technological ethos of simulated perfection and algorithmic fabrication.

At its core, my photography is a confrontation with the dehumanization inherent in artificial intelligence. While AI can augment, refine, and accelerate processes, it remains incapable of understanding the soul behind an image. It cannot grasp the weight of a glance, the complexity of a gesture, or the subtle interplay of light that renders a fleeting moment extraordinary. In embracing realism, I challenge the status quo and assert that the human eye, the human hand, and the human heart remain irreplaceable.
